Well, Ive purchased almost all of the stuff i need for a full suspension re build, my floor is covered in parts.
I've tried to set out to make it as painless as possible.
But a lot of you will have way more experience than me with stuff like this so i thought I'd ask.

The parts i have are as following:
(Again ive set out to make it all as quick as possibel by getting Fully assembled parts or things that I can assemble off the car.)
I will have Struts that I will build/or get built up if im stuck off the car while its still on the road(IE mounts, spring cups springs bumpstops dustcovers and dampers)
I will have droplinks and TRE's
A lower strut brace
Wishbones built up with all bushes and ball joints on.

What order Would be best with the least hassle.

I was thinking.

Remove old struts
Fit new ones
Remove wishbones while a mate supports the hub so the driveshaft doesnt fall out the gearbox
Fit new wishbones
Fit strut brace
Tighten the bolts up for them
Tighten balljoint bolt
then all the easier stuff like droplinks and tre's
Tighten wishbones again while its on the ground
Get it tracked

Is there a more logical order than that?
How long should it take? (both sides)

strip down completely then rebuild it up so shocks and springs on first, then new bottom arms, then droplinks and tres.

and while your at it id change the box oil as no doubt you'll disturb the shafts and have a leak on your hands

should take anywhere betwen 3-6 hours id say all dependant on how good you are with the spanners and how siezed stuff is

Be careful with the shafts while they aren't suspended inside the hub. You risk damaging the driveshaft seals.

As Ash says, change the oil while you are there and perhaps do the seals anyway for how much they cost.

See I dont know why but that s**t scares me. Im happy thinking about playing about with all the rest but shafts alwasy sounds like a MASSIVE pain from what i read on here. Im comfortable changing the gear oil as i've done that before (very recently) and it was a little girls job.

    But driveshaft seals :S
    Am i being a pussy?

Well you would have to remove the intermidiate bearing from the O/S to get that shaft out to do the seal that side. May be classed as more hassle than you can be bothered with, but isn't difficult. Was purely a suggestion based on if several K down the line they leaked or you knocked them and put it all back together, you would have to drain your oil, remove the ball joint again etc etc. For ~£10 of seals while you are 2 intermediate bearing bolts away from doing them while it's apart.
