Fastest in what sense? All the high boost cars have enough power to hit vmax, it just depends where the rev limit has been set. They'll all be around the 160 mark though as I don't think anyone runs a taller geared box. ________________________________________ Rich |

fastest of the top of my head has to be buzzlightyears? His is the only of the three (I think) Super high boost ones with the new supercharger. But thats not considering all the crazy french maxi's out there, and that v6 cosworth rally car. ________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

It's not all about the sprint to 60mph. My Lotus is *supposed* to be capable of hitting 60 in ~ 5 (depending on what you read) all day long so would quite comfortably beat a high booster off the line. However after that they'd murder me Also on the subject of 0 to whatever mph - when the Elise was first released it was the fasted car to 30, from a stand still, than any car in the world at that time. That included the Macca F1 My point being the sprint to 0 - 60 means feck all in terms of out right performance other than bragging rights ________________________________________ My old man wrote me a letter from prison once. Mines running the same map as stan and rich w's one, there won't be a great deal in it, maybe slightly earlier in the rev range but same max power________________________________________ andrew315rawson@live.co.ukMoonstone phase 7 gti6 My Project thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=119992&page=1 |

It is the same map as rich w's, maybe stansHad his mapped since the base map was fitted. Not had it checked yet, still doing final touches here and there but I would say its the same power as rich w's maybe slightly earlier in the rev range, like 3-500 rpm earlier ________________________________________ andrew315rawson@live.co.ukMoonstone phase 7 gti6 My Project thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=119992&page=1 |

I only lost once that day, to the Corsa that had a a large Nos bottle in it. I was catching it towards the end and clocked a higher terminal speed by 7mph. As the day went on I became more aggressive with my launches and it showed as all my times were improving.________________________________________ Team 375 BHP Duratec™ |
