Went on ebay last night and saw that demon tweeks had put a few bits on there. Anyways i saw a ph 3 omp UPPER strut brace for £47 odd so i hit the buy it now thinking "thats a good price".

So i pops on there website and low and behold, its the lower strut braces that are £47 and uppers are £79.

After looking at ebay, the listings have changed but on my "won item's" page it says the seller has updated this item but does not effect your purchase.

So i have paid for it by paypal, it clearly states that the seller assumes all responsibility for the listing and its for a UPPER strut brace, do you think they will honour there cock up and send me a upper for £47?????

This is all.

Probably, for one person it wouldn't be worth the hassle and feedback for changing it. Of course, if they sold a few at that they might change their minds.

If you have the receipt for the upper, and it mentioned Upper, then that is what you are going to be expecting to arrive. Wait and see, and in the event it is the lower, ask why. Probably not worth mentioning you realise what has actually happened.

Put the ball in their court and see what they say. As Phillip says, they probably will honour it in the event of a complaint to save the hassle as they made a boo boo.

I usually notice their eBay stuff is a fair bit cheaper than the DT website price.

It came through today as a lower strut brace with the invoice saying lower. I will ring them tomorrow and moan as my ebay listing clearly states that i won the upper brace. I also copied the page saying upper so i will print that off also with the bit saying that the seller assumes all responsibility for the listing.

    Wish me luck.

Fair one. Are they actually giving your postage payment or holding on to it as a credit note?
