How did you remove the front tow eye mate? Was it easy?

Not sure if you saw my towing fail, but mine is now bent, so thinking of getting a tow strap like that.

+1 mine got bent on the Diablo after it got towed home. Roll eyes

Loving the inlet/cam cover. I assume you left the back one as it's pretty well out of sight and awkward to remove?

Grinder Cool tow eye gone Laugh my ass off
There is a hole in the chassie leg where the tow eye is welded on what I used for bolting the tow strap on to. I will sort some pics over the weekend.

As for the rear cam cover I have painted that aswell but not got round to fitting it yet, along with a nice red fuel rail I will be fitting once I make up some braided fuel lines. Will get them done at the weekend along with the coilovers.

I Love my new steering wheel, its just so nice to hold Big grin

Coilovers went on today. They need adjusting as its far too low on the front now. Feels a lot more soid round corners now tho, just need to get these big tyres off now! not sure weather its going to be worth spending 400quid on toyo R888s or weather to just get some yokohama pradas?

Well here is a quick update on whats happening. As i mentioned i have fitted coilovers at the weekend, all is good Big grin Handling with them on is 100x better than them springs i had on. Now in need of rose joint ball joints and droplinks and some adjustable top mounts.

Hight with springs:

Hight with coilovers:

Chris sorry i haven't had a chance to get any pics of how i fitted the tow strap yet but i will see what i can sort out at the weekend for you Thumbs up

Picking up a set of 15" pro 1.2s from chrisd306 at the weekend what i will be refurbishing. not sure on what colour yet? Stuck on the choice of Black, Astor Grey or Red Hmm

Also am am in the middle of making some Battery Relocation Kits so i will be moving my battery to the boot for now till i get my Bucket seats ordered then it will be getting moved to behind the passenger seat so i can put my CDA air box where the battery is now.

Mate i tried to get the spoiler off but the Enthusiast who fitted it has drilled through the boot lid so will leave holes if i could get it off, Its f*ckas been bonded on with something strong. Looks like its staying on after all Sad

I will get some pics for you at the weekend mate. Will only take 15mins to pull bumper off and get a few pics anyway
