I totally agree with what you say, im just thinking what's in the future, I mean how many if these cars will be around in 5 years, I can see me been the only one on here, making threads and then replying to my own. I was thinking intergrating with Somthing good, not turning it into a i Gained 20 bhp on my dtub with a k+n forum, I know it's never going to happen but in ten years will there be anything to keep it going for?

The place gets overun with mugs and their f*cking DTurbo's as it is, we don't really need any more.

A fair few "normal" people sign up each week, not sure how many hang around but those that do seem to intergrate quite quickly.

Thats inevitable though with a forum dedicated to a single model. Most others are manufacture specific and therefore new models are always being released.

Thats why this forum was so good for its easy to find informtation. But at the same time it will be its biggest flaw in that eventually there will be no more GTi6's or Rallyes left Smile Or very few.

Trying to get it sorted Owain. Doing my very best! For what it's worth, I've also lost my own membership for exactly the same reason, which means I can't access many of the threads or send/receive PMs - you're not the only one affected.

You can't, needs an admin to manually approve that, which I assume only Ash can do again. Plus then I won't have access to any of my build threads or anything.

Yeah but its only fun because you know its naughty. If Kev didnt ban it or anything then the funnyside would go as you know you need to get in as much as possible before she comes a long and whips out the hammer.

Also Kev sent me a PM saying they want me to be new admin, which means I will have to ban stuff like fake accounts etc too. I said I wasnt sure if I was comfortable doing it but understand why they chose me over everyone else, due to my wealth of knowledge about 306's, my good computer skills and also the fact that I wont take sides with people who bicker on here as I dont like anyone.
