Ive got an Astor gti6 on a w plate its done 115k with 5 months tax and 12 months mot it has a small scrape in the near side rear about 5 inches long apart from that its ok. Not really sure if id be better off breaking it? I wanted a diablo one when i was looking and this came up and wish i had waited. Still want a diablo or red rallye what do you chaps think?

You'll make more breaking it but you'll also have a lot of panels hanging around due to astor being so rare. Remember only 60 Laugh ~+100 were made in gti 6 form. If it ain't broke don't break it.

Plus Diablo is shit, just ask Jamma.

Yeah its the same one Ian.

Should be worth £950 though. I sold my black phase 3 in May for £1350 on 103K and some c*nt had ran a key all down one side of it.

My tip would be don't bother advertising it on here get it on ebay.

Oh and +10 for diablo being w*nk.

Pop it on PistonHeads too. Another vote for selling complete, looks too clean to break!

Can i give my twopence?

Spray the wheels factory silver before selling? Sure you'll appeal to more people!
Really struggled to find someone to buy mine and i think alot of the reason is because it had antra coloured wheels on and was lowered, in the end it was a lad who was an enthusiast.

I could see a 40 yr old chap buying that as a weekend car, if it was in absolutely standard form.

But Jesus Christ what a car.......well done for not breaking it, the difference from breaking to selling would maybe only be a few hundred anyway, Santa will keep you off his naughty list if you don't break it Thumbs up

I know it can be a ballache matey but a bit of paper and tape, leave the tyres on and a couple of coats then lacquered would certainly widen your prospective buyer possibility
