Also in the process of making solid p-bushes, have made solidish bottom mount and made top engine mount and made the resonator bung too however mine is welded in but was bolted first, not sure how to go with the gearbox mount but i will get pics of these too. (lathes are really handy tools Smile )

The way this is going its alot easier than i anticipated i may offer my services to do other conversions, bearing in ming you would need the same spec as mine as the map could just be uploaded to your ecu and go for "tweaks" instead of a full map.

the throttle body might be moving mate but the filter wasnt on properly and was drooping also the abs may be moving to give me room to move the filter over and make an air box for it with a bonnet vent.

few more pics
at skunk works Smile

cambelt end

servo pump end

in the car

there is alot more room than i thought in between the engine and bulkhead which is a good thing. Toying to go with a v band turbine housing and a tial external waste gate but i think i will aim just to get it running then "play" around with the set up. As you can see it uses the stock collector too Smile
When it is all done i will get pics up of it finished and with the downpipe with ceramic coating if i can save a bit more cash Smile. The whole system is made to use a stock exhaust.
