Not done a thing to the rallye recently. Just getting some bits together to fit the cams. Car week begins......First up I binned my old headunit and replaced it with a new one. Removed airbag ecu, cut my lower glove box so i can open it and tightened up the dash. An eventful day i'll had. First the car decided not to start in the morning at first I thought it may be the battery but it wasn't it was something to do with my fuel pump and relay. Changed this and it was fine. Next I started taking the front end apart  While I was at it i cleaned all the road grime and oil off the front of the engine and salt off the engine bay. I noticed that I had a slight leak on the driver side brake hose. Seeing as it had soaked in the paint and started to lift I took a gander and their was a bit of surface rust so..........I attacked it  Tomorrow I will do some painting and sort my zorst out. ________________________________________ Ph2 Black GTI 6!EX black 6 owner But now a Black caged rallye owner Hunting for Go faster bits! Don't start picking at lifting underseal/rusty bits!!!!
