Few more bits bolted on

Just got to get drop links for the ARB and rear end is finished

Got new brake pipe U clips from :mitsi: if anyone wants the part number it is=clip,brake MA431825.

Well pleased with my colour choices,and the total finish

Mind you i suppose when your down you struggle to get up again, so may as well carry on with some work under there?

Was not going to get it done in time and roadworthy to use this summer,and did not want to finish it for the end of summer to then have nothing to do over the winter!!!

So have left it so I've got something to do over winterThumbs up

had a few jobs to get done on the rallye,also fitted a new bathroomRoll eyes and really need to fit a new en-suite,so had plenty of other things to doSmile

What did you use/do to clean the gearbox housing and paint it, this should go in the house as a cool ornament, it's looking too good to take outside.

Presume you mean the diff casing?Power washed/degreased,cleaned it up with a wire wheel in drill,then cleaned with Alibrite alu cleaner.Then sprayed with Rust Oleum silverSmile

Sold this a couple of months ago,shell went with interior and suspension fitted,sold the rest on via MLR and E-Bay.

Lost all interest in it and wanted a better daily driver so thought might aswell get rid.

Such a good read from page one to end where I saw you sold it, I was waiting to see if you finished . . . such a great build thread and wish I had the time, space, money and knowhow to do something with my 6. Shame you lost interest and had to sell, pitty you can't get all your labour fees back out of the sale.
