Congrats on the course.Where are you going to study at? I'd try to take out a student loan and garage it. Remember you will still have summer holidays (at least for the first year) and in the other years you'll need car. [edit] just realised you have the rallye too You studying a 4 year postgrad or 5 year course? ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

Wow Zac well done! Looks just stunning! That engine would suit a track car/weapon in a racing class like Rallycross etc..Then selling the car for a respectable 3.5k or so with a different engine in, may be a way to sell wisely...... ________________________________________ VW Golf GT TDI 115, 100k nooooooooooooooooooooo! |

Looks stunning. However you would probably re-coup more money by braking it, which would be a real shame! ________________________________________ 2.1 16v 306 Rallye. |

If this was my car it would come to grave with me. What a fine example of a fine piece of art. I know it's been said a million times but if I had 8k there is no question that I would buy it! ________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |

eddy_gti6 wrote: Was this your daily driver? What are high boost 6s like to drice everyday? Mines an everyday car. running 410bhp tbh it's fine just quite costly with fuel and keeping it maintained. The helix clutch is a bit of a pain in traffic as it's either on or off lol but you get used to it. ________________________________________ Team DiabloHighboost |

Good luck with the job and glwts Really? After seeing your car run the hill at Pugfest last year I would have thought it was worth that all day long?! Car did/does sound immense though I guess for the money you can buy something a lot newer and more refined. Plus fuel prices and people having to go further for work isn't going to help. Pitty really IMO ________________________________________ I Live for the 306TEAM CHERRY PINK RALLYE 2008 BMW ///M 320d |
