hi guys want to pick your brains please, the kit on spoox ( Peugeot 306 Gti-6 Competition Front Wishbone Rebuild Kit ) £173.26 has anyone ever fitted this kit to there car? did you think it was worth it? anyone know if someone else sells the same kit for less? anyone know any other types of kit? thanks! ________________________________________ Citroen ZX 16V , |

What's in the kit exactly?I rebuilt mine with Meyle HD P-bushes, Delphi top hat bushes and OEM ball joints, cost me £20 for two, £30 for four and £30 for two respectively. Just a shame they're a cnut to remove and replace  ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |

They don't wear out like the rubber ones (as long as you keep greasing them) they ONLY move up and down so the steering is as precise as possible. They aren't adversely affected by lowering like rubber ones are. They are just better. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

There's a lovely wishbone kit on ebay  Some has got the Spoox kit though, but I can't remember who?  ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Half cages right up to complete custom spaceframes - MSA/FIA spec, CDS, ROPT, T45, etc - PM meEmail me! Custom-made polybushes available - need an odd size or fitment? - anything from batch work to one-off pieces. |

i was looking at this exact kit from spooks.as i have got some 18mm hums and need to swap the ball joints over.personally i dont think you can beat the peugeot sport bushes. they are just pricey________________________________________ ph3 gti-6 china blue- mint conditionph2 gti-6 nile blue K.I.A dec 2010 |

Forget the Peugeot Sport stuff. Everything was made at least 5 years ago now and some components are getting quite rare (and expensive) now.Special Tuning want £273 for a set of bushes (if they can still source them.) There are better options out there anyway. I run Rich W's roller bearing bushes and can confirm they are excellent and transform the feel of the front end. ________________________________________ Rich |
