If so i will get the local Powerflow to knock me up a bit of there stainless. Has it made a difference at all to throttle response? I'm guessing it's 3 inch piping from what you've said? And lastly where would i get and icv breather and appropriate hosing from? Its stainless, just had it lying around, would be easier and cheaper if you are buying it to get a alloy one I would think E-Bay I got the silcone hoses from. Alloy bend: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alloy-Aluminium-Elbow-Bends-Pipe-Hose-Joiner-Connector-Polished-Metal-Silicone-/270865713881?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Hearing_Cooling_Air&var=&hash=item3f10dacad9 Hose: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLACK-SILICONE-ELBOW-45-DEGREE-BEND-HOSE-76mm-/270767941095?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f0b06e5e7 If you buy the above hose you use part of the off-cut as the joiner between TB and alloy bend You can get the breather filter and 18mm ID silicone hose from the above seller too for the ICV Wouldn't think this pipe would help throttle response,if anything it will help WOT flow ________________________________________ Red GTB1756 powered Fabia VRS daily driver,LBSC Gti6 eater........Mac1 ZR R1 kit car build in progress. |

£50 for 1 ltr of rust bullet not even 2k paint, wow that is expensive for what it is. i use jotun jotamastic 87 sea boat primer, flexible very adhesive strong 2k primer. It is surface rust tolerant that seals in surface rust for boats where they cant easily get sandblasted but gain surface rust easy after grin brushed surface. It comes in 4.3 litres for 45 quid delivered, lasts longer then ten years even more ive been told. It has winter hardener low temps and standard hardener for summer temps. I roller it on making sure good coverage is acheived. You did a good job there, quick too. ________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug. Not done much really not needed too which is really nice to be fair! Going really well, great car Fitted EBC Redstuff pads when I got it on the road, they have done just over 20k and were starting to make noises on the rears so thought I best check them out. Inner pads were knackered: As were the insides of discs: Outer part of discs you see through the wheel were spot on,hence me leaving it too long to check them TBH: Outer pads had meat left on them, but the friction material is starting to come away from the metal backing: So on finding these in this condition I thought best check the fronts, plenty of meat left on the pads but the friction material is starting to come away from the metal backing Inner faces on front discs were rough too: Remembered then years ago telling myself never to buy EBC again as this happened on the rear of my Saph Cos,friction material came off totally So luckily Andy(jord294)had some OE Pug front discs and pads for sale at a bargain price Rears done too: Picked up some refurbed Clones with Snowtrac2 tyres on for the winter: Comedy size tyres 195/65's fill the arches nicely Nice comfortable ride with these on though!!! ________________________________________ Red GTB1756 powered Fabia VRS daily driver,LBSC Gti6 eater........Mac1 ZR R1 kit car build in progress. |

odd one that on the pads, I guess they just aren't designed for the type of driving you use them for, also the grooves probably wore them down rather quicker than usual, have a word with EBC.We used them on the back of a Saxo rally car and had to wind the bias forwards! yellows in wilwoods up front. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

They had a fair bit of hammer round Donnington at FCS,but should handle that heat ok IMO They never have been nice on the road TBH,lack of bite when cold, good when hot though Nice to have plain discs on now, quiet and great bite with the Gen Pug pads playboyb wrote: Just read this from the start, excellent work mate Thanks Just missing a SC now ________________________________________ Red GTB1756 powered Fabia VRS daily driver,LBSC Gti6 eater........Mac1 ZR R1 kit car build in progress. |

Not done anything exciting to the old heap recently Running like a dream to be fair Done just over 24k miles now since got it on the road clock is knocking on the door of 100k now,98k miles. Passed the MOT couple weeks ago with ease, sports CAT worked fine, just took abit longer to get upto temp than a standard one Changed one rear caliper that was sticking and ARB droplinks when I did pre-MOT. Gave it a oil and filter change ready for a rolling road day today, using 5w50 fully synth again, done 8k miles without having to top up once on the last lot of oil which was Millers Trying Comma Motorsport oil in it this time, good price on the bay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140770306937 Changed my exhaust too, currently running a Torque Technique stainless system Did ok on the rollers,177bhp Pic below with Matt's Gti180 that did a very respectable 181bhp ________________________________________ Red GTB1756 powered Fabia VRS daily driver,LBSC Gti6 eater........Mac1 ZR R1 kit car build in progress. |
