I guessed as much. He posted on my project thread, and then quite by chance i saw his car alongside yours in your thread.

Quite a garage you two have, good work!

thanks, yeah i bought a set of 306 rallye boot decals so used the peugeot and the rallye to freshen up the back end, which left me with a 3,0, and a 6!

Car looks great, (think your handbrake cables are a bit shredded though?)

Are we going to get to see the photos from your magazine shoot??

(too tight to buy a copy myself)

cars going to be undergoing a few changes over the winter month but nothing serious.

The 4 pot 266mm hi specs are sold,
the S2 Steels are going to be for sale

in replacement of them will be C5 steels which im collecting soon, have bought a set of 195 50 R15 R888's rather than 185 60 R14 im currently running, bought gti6 calipers for the front and i'll either run 1155 or carbon lorraine pads on brembo discs.

reason for the above is, i'll be saving some unsprung weight, gain 40mm overall tyre contact on the car, reduce sidewall flex, brake's probably won't much much different in stopping power (which im not worried about) C5's wheels should keep brakes cooler also and im hoping the car will feel abit more planted on 15's rather than 14's.

15" track tyres are also alot more readily available.

Good choice.

Be aware that the little hidden 'stick on' balancing weights will JUST graze the standard GTi6 caliper, so 'bang on' ones may be necessary.
