update, moved the boost gauge position from the inlet manifold to the intercooler and its reading off the scale 1.5 bar at half throttle, but still shows minus when i move it back to the manifold even on full tilt wierd ________________________________________ p millar |

with regards to your pm! am unsure of what your setup is doing now..but heres how to calculate Clicky This doesnt seem like a simple DIY job, what ecu are you running? have you got the TB heater blanked? true boost is at manifold.. Ok, this is going to sound stupid, bit it has been done before many many times, there is not a rag stuffed into the intercooler end tank is there? instant massive boost at the charger and negative at the engine will result.J p.s. yes, yes I have done this, took a while to diagnose and have never admitted it to anyone! |

hi guys, car is running and driving but has no power it has been with the mappers for 10 months now he has given up on it and i cant find anyone else in northern ireland capable of mapping it properly, so i am giving up on it any one want to buy a complete kit to supercharge a 306 will sell manifold charger,larger injectors, brackets, modified chip, intercooler radiator and any thing else you want for £600 -800 depending on what you want. will probably put the whole lot on ebay shortly.________________________________________ p millar |
