I run 23mm bars and 25mm arb with 250lb springs, but thats on a 205.

I haven't gone too mad on the front to minimise understeer. 21mm bars can't be far off standard, can they?
I thought that the likes of Ash and Pete rallye ran 25mm bars and 27mm arb.

puglover, dont think i could sell the mini ive had it 10years now!!

Garry, im running a hybrid arb from ash, a 21mm bar is only 21% bigger, i will try them for now see what like, as said were good on dennis car so should be same on mine, anything better than standard tho.

Bear in mind Pete's is a full blown ex BTCC car and ash's is highly modded for racing too, best doin your mods bit by bit imo, that way you do mods that suit how you like it to drive and you feel exactly what difference each mod makes!

new bits all on, swapped exhausts again so i can fix up my good 1, coilovers on well better although bit bumpy, new exhasut a bit mental an loud, but will do for now, so just gotta fit few bits for high boost then remap, then fit my refurbished rear beam with the bigger arb an torsion bits. hers few pics of top mounts on and of new ride height, oh had car checked out at 4wheel alignment place an its sitting spot on so happy with that also.

Extra castor = gives you negative camber when turning and improves straight line stability.
