Well about time i started a thread in here, after being here for 4 years and on my 3rd 306, had a cabriolet and a 6 now im on a Rallye. Although my project thread will be s**te compared to most people threads as im pretty useless with the computer and even worse with a camera, and my head is also up my arse!

Bought the Rallye from Rick_Rallye last July, after getting banned for speeding in the M3, so thought i would go back to a 306, as it would be cheaper insurance and also cheaper track running costs, so when i picked up the rallye couldnt fault it at all, it was standard apart from exhaust and k&n it had made 191 bhp on a RR day so i was happy with that, but i had organised a RR day at ecosse as i was wanting to see how close that really was, so 188.5 BHP was close enough for me, im confident it would make 191 again as cleaned air filter. ive went through a few stupid ideas and f*cked about, but now that ive finally paid for my charger and few other bits, im gonna sort out my mods, as i had replaced the seats with cheap s**t buckets and fitted morrettes, i love morrettes but have always wanted black masks so thanks to ash now have a set, and i sorted out the seats replaced them with corbeau froza, love these seats. Also got gmax shocks all round and lowered 60mm, i will be sorting this out with adjustables in the near future, also got a omp bolt in cage to fit, although its not been delivered yet!!

the head has been skimmed and has had a rebuild by noble motor sport when rick had it, but should be standard as he said it was, its been on 2 diffrent rolling roads and ive got 2 print outs 1 at 191 and 1 at 188.5.

As for insurance it is on a traders policy so mods dont make a diffrence just means i only get shit money if it gets nicked or bent!


and mab it isint a scorpion its a mongoose i think as rick had changed it a few times, but its sdeff not scorpion, and ther is a centre box aswell, its a magnex de cat.

you can ask any of the 12 memebers that were at the ecosse rolling road day it made 188.5 and 147 of torque, and when rick had it rolling roaded it was 190.5 and 150 of torque, will upload photos if nobody believes me!

it was a snapper, then got a full rebuild from noble motorsport, will dig out the paper work an see if maybe its been ported or that, hoping for 260 with charger!!
