normal pish for me, all my bits are ariving for going high boost but im not there lol, so will be busy as f*ck from the 9th of june trying to get high boost for track day in june as im back to the congo 3rd of july for another 5 weeks, may do 7 next time as that may well pay for an escort cosworth!

Surely some track instruction is cheaper than buying all the high boost bits...?

Or just stick the low boost 6 in a 205??

Well not really when ive got like all the bits there already plus im wanting more bhp for the crack anyway, also it aint a 6 engine lol!!

Ok little up date, now i have a quiaffe diff and a rich_w flywheel fitted, out the bits i have sitting ive still got to fit

engine oil cooler
bigger intercooler + boost pipe
044 pump
swril pot
570cc injectors


also on the fence with what coilovers to get im swaying towards fk konig sports as there reduced to 570 quid at the moment, well thats the cheapest ive found them.

once al this fitted drive down to waynes, for him tio fit my injectors then for a live remap then hopefully be pushing 400bhp, due to house,baby,holiday,alcoholic comitments ive not really had time or money to sort all this out but things are looking like there almost there!!

mi16 on bodies are no match for supercharged 306, but the 8v turbo 210bhp in a 205 cant keep up with them! 400 bhp will hopefully beable to keep up with the 350bhp 16v turbo 205s!!

im not needing to buy any mate, as there already in there as i fitted them after i had an ecu fueling fault an melted pistons i bought pec rods,woosner pistons and longmans shells, thats why im only sitting at 242bhp at present as its low boost low comp engine.

What oil are you using, what temperature does it reach on track and on road, and where is your oil cooler positioned?

oil cooler is beside intercooler on the o/s bumper is butchered for fitting it.

well you wont be in the hot seat if you have track time the same time as me eddy lol

LOL night befor will do me. i am waiting on a pm back on 106 owners so i can get this payed for.

when you took me down the road in this when it was running 250bhp i was very impressed, looking forwad to it being 400+bhp so get your finger out and get it done LOL

wont be 400 before that track day as im going on holiday before it, and got a wedding across the water after it, so money for remap is spending money!!

berger i run royal purple racing oil 15-50 although im changing to silkolene pro racing red 15-50 as i can buy it in bulk and cheaper, but should be as good as mates run it in there typre r rallye cars and high powered scooby rallye cars!!

The gaz shocks have 450lb springs on, and the torsion bar is 21mm, dunno how the pic of my mini in my driveway got there tho

Well, i can upgrade to bigger if i wanted, but will try thiws setup and as few people have said worked very well on dennis car, out of intrest garry what setup do you run or have you ran?

and Eddy the mini is a finished project although needing a bigger engine now and a fresh coat of paint to freshen it up for selling!
