whats the full spec of the engine chris? Should be a bit more than 230 horses surly that will depend on how much boost you run. You still running the lower boost set up? Whats the max boost that will take?________________________________________ My Rallye was built on thursday 7th January 1999 according to the cosmic code generator. My Cyclone refurb |

engine will be good for 500bhp, but im just runnning it in at 230 as thats all rich thinks i will see as low comp and low boost, but im going high boost already started looking at coolers as ive got boost pipe awreadt, but might see rich if he will do me a kit, but i want to run under 400 so i can keep the injectors ive got, but im going down the road of omex or emerald, no sure what yet tho. need to speak to davey at SoS see what he reckons an what he is running.________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

Is super unleaded recommended for an otherwise standard gti6 engine or only on the SC engines?. ________________________________________ 306 GTI-6205 GTI-6 Project 205 1.6 GTI - RIP 205 1.9 TT - RIP E39 535i - Daily driver *Newest edition* E60 M5 5l v10 - The weekend car |

Future plans will be going for around the 380bhp mark and a diffrent diff but i will see how i go with this first, will update with pics of engine rebuild and cage installion when it takes place as im still offshore. any questions just ask. ________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

just 51mm piping, but i have bigger stainless stuff for when i go high boost, and im just using the small intercooler, cant reme, ber how many rows it is, but its the low boost one, i will need to get a bigger one for when i want to increase the power.________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

why dont you build it over spec'd first time round eg big intercooler , exhaust and boost pipes etc can still use all that on low boost then when you want to become a man (haha) its alot more simple more boost and ecu job done as the hard work has been done in the first build. instead of what looks like will be double work for your self ________________________________________ SOS Motorsportwww.sosmotorsport.co.uk 450bhp 205 16v Turbo www.facebook.com/pages/SOS-Motorsport/159917677353556 |

You get stalling issues if you run low boost with bigger intercooler and piping as russ's rallye the white 1 that was at ecosse stalls a bit, i was only planning on going for 250 anyway, but after melting the 2 engines i thought f*ck it build a decent engine, then after seeing your 205, im thinking i need to learn how to drive and get at leats 400bhp oot the 306 haha________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |
