One thing I am gonna say is that bumers gonna look odd with a ph2/3 grill on as its a Ph1 bumper with the 'flatter' middle part.

Shit... someone spotted it. LOL

Yea, i noticed that today aswell, i thought it would be ok, ive got some pics of the same bumper on other dimma's with the ph2 lights and it looked ok, but looking at it nowm the bumper might be slightly diff, not sure what to do realy... go back to ph1 lights and bonnet, or find a bumper that will match the headlights?

looking good dan. you can only try the grill and lights to see what it looks like, might look okHuh?

can you not bond on the front of a Phase 3 bumper and blend it in? just to get the Curve you missing would then make it deep enough to cut some of the rear out to fit the intercooler

f*cking stupid car! LOL

Its near enough in the same state as when i last saw it on monday Sad

Bloke's having a nightmare with getting all the front end to match up perfect, lights, grille, bumper etc

The ph2 front end sticks out to much and just looks daft with the bumper, so ive decided to go back to ph1 front end, then go ph2 when i can afford to get the front bumper and do it properly

Apparently the new bumper i have given him to work with doesnt fit very well, so im guna try and use the old one and fix that up

I can see this taking another week atleast Sad

Oh dear, you not fancy getting it all Phase 2 now? Do it once, do it properly and all that Whistle

How bad is the fitting of the front bumper? I thought the original was almost un-repairable?

It has no engine in it at the moment willy, so its higher than it should be, ive got the coilovers for it, so im hoping to reduce the arch gap when i get them on

Also... now the bumper is sat near enough where it will end up, there isnt enough room for the intercooler

Anybody got any suggestions as to what i could do, my mate says to just cut the bottom cross member off and do away with it all together

Different shape intercooler? Could you cut the bumper a bit to make it fit?

The bumper is not what the standard bumper is like, thers no back part to this dimma one, its just a skin basically, the top part of the bumper is fine, it will go in ther, its just the bottom bit where the mouth bits are, the intercooler sits level with the cross member, then the pipes run along to where the washer bottle used to be then around and back to the charger, as you can see, the bottom cross member is near enough touching the bumper, so chance of getting the pipe through there, i dont realy wan
a cut the bumper, i think it could ruin the front end.

A new intercooler is a possabilty yea, but it would have to have the inlets facing inwards, then i would have very little pipework, would make life so much easier, but i'd need a custom rad to match aswell, together thats about

Could use a charge cooler, or mount the rad further back on brackets to make room for an intercooler.
