surely cutting the bottom cross member off wont be a good thing or does that not take too much strain?

I remember reading somewhere that the 206 raditors had a thinner core?... May be worth investigating

How about mount a thicker intercooler in the front nearside wing as the new width gives you a bit of room there?

perhaps fitting in a v shape? on the rx7's when there is no room to fit the intercooler and bigger rad, then you angle them so that they sit in a v shape.

other than that - id suggest doing away with the intercooler and using a water system - charge cooler setup? they take less room.

can you not take out the slam panel and fit it in there in front of the radiator?

you could put a brace across lower down the engine underneath the inlet.

I'd use a chargecooler on mine. That why you can place the unit to suit the space and allow for some nice flowing bends instead of having to fit tighter ones to suit the cooler, and only the water cooler will need air flow through it.

Yea, it is alot of work like, i think im getting a little knocked off though, mates mates rates.

I run a 205 rad and there is easily enough space in front of that for a large intercooler with pipes going around the side of the rad.
