I dont really like plate diffs for the setting up and servicing. ATB is fit and forget and uses regualr gear oil. All round a better option.Subframe weighs a tonne and a pain to put on and off cos of its awkward shape. May be an idea to get it seam welded first. I'm using a 1.4 subframe with less strenghtening as it weighs slightly less so adding the brace doesnt increase weight. It is a bit marmite.. but it deffinately suits the plan and also the decals to go on. I'll get a few more complete shots when i get some time. ________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6NV Motorsport Automotive Performance Tuning 0121 448 7515 ECU Remapping/ DPF removal VAG/BMW Diag and Option Coding Peugeot Planet ECU coding/transponder programming etc www.nvmotorsport.com Facebook Page Project S6 |

Two reasons really.. One cos the doors were layed with a second roll. Two.. because of the angle of light.. The doors are quite flat compared to arches which hit the camera at a different angle.. All tricky metallics. Looks same in the flesh.________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6NV Motorsport Automotive Performance Tuning 0121 448 7515 ECU Remapping/ DPF removal VAG/BMW Diag and Option Coding Peugeot Planet ECU coding/transponder programming etc www.nvmotorsport.com Facebook Page Project S6 |

rather than filling the bumper, could you not have just used a p2 xsi bumper without cutout?then again you'd still need to have the circle for exhaust cut out of it in the centre.. ________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |

Xsi bumpers are a different design.. The lower crease is different and its about 10mm longer, just doesnt look right ________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6NV Motorsport Automotive Performance Tuning 0121 448 7515 ECU Remapping/ DPF removal VAG/BMW Diag and Option Coding Peugeot Planet ECU coding/transponder programming etc www.nvmotorsport.com Facebook Page Project S6 |

Can't believe I've missed this one, looks awesome mate. If £1k includes all the prep I gotta say I don't think that's half bad if you consider how much it'd be for a proper respray. Very impressive mate ![]() ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |
