They need to be fully tested by the FIA Martin, when we looked into it with ours a good few years back it was about 10k a seat if I remember correctly.

Oh, he's not likely to have a couple of FIA seat stickers that I could swap him a drink for so i can magic my seats back in to date with then LOL

That guy is running Ash's 30mm ARB, Solid Mounts & 23mm Torsion Bars & some adjustments on the camber. Admittedly, the guy is an awesome driver, but it just go's to show how well these cars can handle with the right modification's

Thanks, our seats are not approved by anyone, and as such we build them to suit our needs and that of customers. I too, have heard figures around that number being talked off for approval. Given that our seats have a lot less movement in them than those that have the likes of FIA approval comforts me enough Smile

1st of the outer trumpet parts

Passenger side door/inner part way through being prepped for primer, then flat and then release and finally gel coat and lamainate mould

Driverside inner door mould laminated and under vaccum, currently in the oven overnight, so we shall see what we have tomorrow

Original rear quarter panels now need the returns to be moulded, so after plenty of rework on the original poor finish panels they are sat back in the moulds for trial fit, before released both parts and the return flanges on the moulds themselves, this will be finished off tomorrow and they will then be ready for gel coat and laminating at some point

Side skirts . . . currently having as think about how we want to do them as they need some pattern work to say the least

We would like it to be under 700kg when complete, 680kg would be great Smile now that one of the doors is made and the weight it is, I think we have a chance Smile
