My plan one day........

Build up low boost, using my spare engine that is sat in the garage, then once happy with the conversion.....

re-build my current bottom end for high boost.........

The bulk of the cost is the same-ish no matter what spec you go for......

Well thats the plan, feck knows when it will happen, the whole world is against me at the mo.....

Why don't you fit the kit to your current engine? You could get the work done in a week or two. Then build your spare bottom end up.

The current engine has 93k on it, with a bit of a unknow history before me.......

Call me a fanny, but I would like to know that its all ok before I do the conversion.......

Ive done it before, and tuned a mota which was a bit unknown....... all ended in bits on the back of a trailer, cost me a small fortune to put right.......

And GOD did the mrs go on and on about it for oh........ years!!!!

As mark said, it past his RB5 earlier today, both in 2nd and i struggld for traction on the slippery surface, when it stopd spinning and i started pulling, i past him Smile

And as mentioned before i think, porsche carrera, heavily modifed scooby and a heavily modified cav 4x4 turbo are on my tick list so far, aswell as marks scoob.

As soon as i get chance i shall be putting it on the rollers and doing track days and drag days with her, then i can get a proper figure for quarter mile and 0-60 times

Marks RB5 cost him 5k, with 2.5k worth of mods on her i reckon his would be faster.

But then again, i have an extensive list of mods, when he starts getting more power with his, i'd just rebuild mine and go high boost, LOL
