Here are some pics of the latest design tensior / guide pullies Cool

A design has been change to incorpate a bearing-retaining circlip, to mitigate the risk of the bearing sliding about in it's bore.

Bearings are obviously completely replacable, unlike the OEM pullies.

The pullies are turned from 6082 T6 billet alloy, and finished with 50 micron hard anodize to prevent wear

They don't replace any of the cambelt pullies - they replace the alternator belt pullies which are plastic

Will a lightweight flywheel become necessity for this mod?

Heard from older generation mechanics saying about balancing the weight at both ends or faster wear could happen to bottom-end internals... Any idea?
