Hi,When I’m driving pretty slowly, if I press the brake pedal there’s a bit of a clunk from the front end. I’m thinking bushes of some sort, when I’m braking on the highway the steering wheel shudders, I know warped discs over here are a problem but as I don’t know what to look for if it’s not the discs could someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks! |

Go over all your nuts and bolts engine mounts wishbone bolts etcAnd check the rubber bushes on everything too ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |

I had that once when the front ARB moved further to one side of the car. Sometimes when breaking or pulling off it was hitting the wishbone. Check that, too. Maybe it's time for new ARB bushes. |

Got off my holiday today and took the front wheels off to have a look, the offside drop link is knackered so I’ve ordered some new ones from Peugeot. I’m going to have to change the rear discs and pads after this job is done, are the different discs on the rear or are they all the same? They’re Lucas on the front if that makes any difference. |

I should rephrase my question, are there more than one type of rear discs for a ‘98 model or just one type. |
