Got a few issues on my 6. It’s benn stood for many years so in the process of recommissioning it. Got it to run yesterday with the help of a new fuel pump. With the ignition off the headlights flash randomly I’m assuming this is alarm related but no siren - keys are correct etc as will not start if I move the immobiliser ring around the key.

2nd fault is the brake lights flash the indicators and dimm the dash - where is the main earth for the interior as premusin* a earth issue. The engine Is about to be pulled next weeked to do a cambelt and general bay freshen up so will go over all the earths in there

The first issue will be a dodgy alarm siren, the have a battery in if I remember rightly which fails. Disconnect the siren and if I remember correctly the problem goes away.
