These are 30mm Pistons not that will make feck all difference but if it's an issue I'll chuck em up on the 205 forum

which bit did you measure? the part against the pad is always 30mm but the bore can be 30 or 32mm, you need to measure the bit under the dust boot.

2mm on the od is quite a difference in surface area, so yes it will make quite a difference, its about 15% in surface area.

If it's the black bit at the bottom then it's 32mm
