Just saw this on Car and Classic....

http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C758452

Interestingly, while looking very clean, its not exactly a low miler...with 60-odd thousand on the clock.

Probably wont sell for that but it's about time we see prices rise for these fantastic macines.....

hate to be the bearer of bad news but they're not really going up, there's just some silly priced ones that never sell for that amount LOL the ebay ones are the same seller i think

bit like the black 205 gti that kept going on ebay for £20k+ and wasn't worth even a quarter of that. guy kept saying it'd been sold subject to collection yet it never got anywhere in reality LOL

maybe fast forward 10 years..

Carl aka Mechanical Repairs has 2 for sale on ebay atm both over 8k but both are rather minty mcmint.

Its the classic case of waiting for the right buyer as if someone really wants a nice clean lower mileage 6 they will buy it no matter what the cost

There Nice to see but there not my cup of tea, I prefer something that I'm not going to be to cut up over if I chuck a load of miles on it or acidently drag it down a fence post lol

Did wonder if a thread like this may pop up, I got offered good money on both the cars to be fair and I let one run an auction and it sold only for the buyer to pull out, ooer!

Unless they make what I am asking I have decided to put them away for the winter and maybe try again next yearLOL, they are hardly a problem to keep hold of, both cars are amazing.
