Guys, any idea how much a subframe weighs, with the rack and bottom arms still attached?

Got the Rallye up on axle stands again, planning on taking the subframe off but would like an idea on weight before I try!

I've always lowered mine down on a jack. It's probably about the same weight as a gearbox I think, although I haven't moved one in ages!

bare subframe is 17.5Kg
rack with pipes/ram/arms/rodends 11.5kg

Cheers Cully.

Suspect I'll be looking at 40kg with everything attached......might have to lower it with the trolley jack then!

Two Trolley jack and a skate board i found most useful also for refitting
