Hi all,

Ive been floating around for a few years now and i thought id make decent use of my membership. Some of you may know me or seen the car but i thought id use it to say hi.
Ive owned the car for a good 6 years now and i originally bought 2x for £500 off ebay one being the one i have now the other was used for parts then sold on. Ive had 2 previous to this and both being in worse shape than this. I already knew the direction i wanted to take and with previous mistakes helping the decision.

Ill do my best to list the spec of the car as of today.

90' graphite grey non sunroof 1600 shell.
Engine and transmission

Xu10 Gti6 engine
Custom inlet
M90 eaton supercharger stock pulley at 0.8bar
Reangled exhaust manifold mated to a 2.5" 3 box exhaust system.
1900 gearbox with a 3j plated diff
16 row oil cooler with a non thermostatic plate
JEK intercooler and 2.5" aluminum pipe work
Tial 50mm Bov
Omex 600 ecu
Lucas 400cc injectors
Adjustable fpr
APS 380 in tank fuel pump
JEK floor mounted swirl pot
Bosch 044 pump
Satchshift
aem wideband
Renault 5 turbo rad

Suspension and steering
Omp strut brace
309 shafts
rosejointed wishbones
309 tube, 22mm torsion bars and 25mm arb with vts trailing arms and solid baker mounts
Koni front and rear shocks
-30mm springs
Rosejoint drop links
106 pas pump and motor
Ph1 vts rack

Brakes

Nissan skyline r33 gts-t front calipers
285mm front discs
gti6 32mm rear calipers
Modified rear discs to a "pettle" design
Manual bias valve
Braided lines
406 non abs 24mm cylinder

Wheels and tyres

Team dynamic pro race 3/1.2's
195/50/15 yokohamma ad08r's

Body

Reverse bulge fg bonnet
Zender front valance
Carbon rear spoiler
Standard bosy trims
Modified omp cage
RSA 6 point harnesses
Cobreau fg bucket seats

Few things i plan to update in the coming future.

The car has been mapped by sandy brown and the car drives very well while still returning good mpg when needed. I dont know the bhp of the car as i dont tend to believe rr results it drives well and is reliable. Car previously used a eaton m45 from a mini which i ran for a few years that setup made 205bhp @ 3psi of boost. Considering 95% of the work on the car is my own im happy with how its turned out. Ive probably missed a few things there is a big thread over on 306oc for those interested.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mIDBlnup5M

Will leave with this short rr blast by sandy, running about 0.5/6 bar at the time.

Stef Smile

Nice to see your project thread started on here. The intercooler in the last pic, is that a recent change?

slowly i have been finishing off the swirl pot set up. Im using a bosch 044 to feed the injectors and a aps 380 in tank pump to feed the pot. Ive also used a 30 and 100 micron filter for protection.

Hopefully this is the last of my surging issues!

today i finished off the swirl pot and heat sleeved the fuel hose as its near the exhaust. Managed to pick up 5 meters for £30 needless to say ive loads left over.

Also managed to get around to getting the front valance in primer since the sun was out. Taking extra care with this one as it took for ever to find one!

Back on 4 wheels been awhile since it last was.

Thank you Smile

Tonight i finished off the fuel lines, i drew some designs for some pump and sender covers and got them cut by the local water cutters in 4mm stainless.

Got the valance in basecoat and lacquer will leave it a few days before i attempt to refit.

Since im still waiting on the cage to return i made a start on removing the dash. I dropped my spare dash off to the flockers which i hope to pick up weekend. I think ill have a cable tidy while its all out.

Yours is quite similar to mine, F2000 spoiler and a front splitter! I prefer how much lower your splitter sits though, it's quite high on my car.
