So a bit of an update on the new thrones King

First thing was to unbolt the rails from the new seats

Then try them in the Megane to see if they would fit (of course they didn't,that would have been too easy LOL)

So next thing was to attack them with the power tools! Devil

With some careful calculations it was established that they would need to be widened by 30mm

So some proper spacers would be need and que my wonderful technical drawing LOL

A mate who's a CNC operator knocked these up for me as a favor in his lunch hour

And in the words of Ace Ventura ''Like a Glove'' Wizard

After that they were welded, painted and fitted to the car

Had to slightly elongate some of the mounting holes on the outside edge of the seats

And finally in!

So another week passes and im still spending money on the megane Crazy

Bought a quickshift and a new style rear badge.

Can't wait to fit the quickshift as the current throw between gear changes is massive and can be compared to slinging my tiny gentleman's sausage up Katie Price's p**s flaps!

That quick shift looks like something that's snapped off.

So the weekend has passed which means only one thing..........

MORE PARTS FOR THE MEGANE!!!!!! Hyper

Todays goodies are as follows...

Powerflex engine and gearbox kit

Silver Project adjustable top mounts

And some nice new decals for the rear quarter windows as the old ones had started to peel off

Also fitted the short shift on sunday which has made a massive difference in the throw in the gear change and also fitted the newer style 'RS' badge

So it's been an eventful month with the Megane.

Finally got round to replacing the passenger side mirror after hitting a grouse and having the fat feathered twat rip my mirror clean off Angry

Also to add insult to injury I had a stone fly up and crack my windscreen so I was £75 quid lighter after the delightful people at Autoglass popped round.

So I've been wanting a few bits for my megane and in true man maths style I decided to buy another car LOL

It's a leggy Renaultsport Megane DCI 175 but it was local and cheap so the bits I want will be free and I may even make some beer money if I'm lucky Cheers

Cracking colour and a nice car, are the front roller ball joints still ok? Done a few now, seem to seize up.

Were done 3 years 10k ago so my plan is to use the hubs off the black one, refurb them and then fit onto my yellow one when I change all the new suspension over sometime in the winter

So after decommissioning the DCI over the last 2 days I finally have a few bits I've wanted since buying the car.

With my R26 being a 'Non-Lux' model it didn't have keyless entry or a leather rear bench.

I'm not to bothered about the first bit the secondition one is something I wanted.

So que the DCI.......

Out with the crappy cloth

And in with the leathers

Also I'm on the hunt for more power so I've started buying bits which are 630cc deka injectors and a 2.75 inch decat
