Anyone else having the same problem? All I wanted is to check a part number for a rear wiper!
I can't seem to find the option to create a new account either.

Servicebox doesn't let me log in any more, it errors complaining that the language I'm trying to log in with is not the one I've registered with. Pretty sure I registered with English and am trying to log in with English, not sure what it's moaning about! Anyone else having the same problem? All I wanted is to check a part number for a rear wiper! I can't seem to find the option to create a new account either. ________________________________________ Rallye Race Car |

It's due to an update in service box. The error describes logging in from a country other than that of registration, and will be due to your isp. I can no longer log in at work due to it using a Dutch firm to route traffic. I can't use a UK proxy server either as proxies are picked up by the Web filter.________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |

Try the following procedure as a workaround:1. Enter username and pass -> click on "Connection" (log in) 2. Close the error message 3. Click on "Registration" 4. Choose "Professional motor repairer" and click on "Confirm" 5. On the top right of the page click on "Home" Found it on the German peugeotforum.de If you don't want the hassle everytime you log in, you could get a copy of the official ServiceBox Software...if you know what I mean. |

Still having issues - Safari says your country of configuration is not recognised or something, and I tried the fix above but there is no registration or home button on the page. ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

The page I see is different - only has the top button, not the one circled. I'll try something else. ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

Am in a different location today and logged in to servicebox no problems at all. Login page had 'login' and 'register' options as well which it does not have at home. ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

You could try a proxy if you have a static IP or if your provider's IP range is blacklisted. Or just get a copy of the Servicebox software. |
