No afraid not. I went to the msd live event day at silverstone in November which is very similar. I’ve got all my gear now apart from helmet and HANS device and last week registered for the series which would of been main reason for going. Would still like to have gone but for what it is costs are quite steep imo with ticket, fuel, parking and a bite to eat would be best part of £70 so better spent elsewhere at min getting final bits done on the car.. hopefully next year though as never been so defiantly got to go one year |

Small update ....My m8 bought a left hand drive Citroen / Saxo ex works rallye car from France to break and it has a professional loom fitted Inc little extras like handbrake light / fog lights etc ... Anyway he removed the loom and I saw it on his desk and thought wow !!!!.....wonder if it’s anygood for my car as I’m removing everything wiring wise and having a new Engine loom made by Sandy for my DTA 100 which will be inside the car soon ... I may have to extend the rear lights / indicators /brake light wires a little ...but for the money he’s offered it to me for I couldn’t buy the cable |

I just finished reading through all 97 pages an all i can say is > Respect! The way this car has come together, well engineered, the material used and no cutting corners/going the easy/cheap way! I've learned a lot on this forum about the 306's because of people like you who take the effort to explain what they are doing and backing it up with pictures etc. I thank you all for that! (Nice to read that you also still have your first car> the Mini I do too!> the Citroen ax! own it for 21years now! ) Cheers! |

I’ve asked some real stupid ones on here myself Becoming good at something is a learning curve.. Takes time/lot's of money/making mistakes/doing it over again etc. If i look at the ax now i probably did some things in a different way now, but that was the way in 2002.. Sharing info with people who have the same interest will help finding the best solution/materials to use and so on. I'll introduce myself the proper way here on the forum when i have more time for it. The sound of your engine keeps on ringing in my head! N/A power! well done! PS > It's stupid that our Dutch government decided we can now only drive 100km/h instead of 130km/h on the highway because of CO2 emission reduction! |
