Well …a sad day But sometimes you have to sell things at the wrong time and think ahead Sold my front remote canister 4way Black Art Design coilover dampers and extra springs Also sold my rear remote 3way oversize Black Art Design dampers as well ..:nly me and Russain guy on here had these made I only sold the rears as im going for Satchel cantilever rear suspension thats in the Development/ making on Ross car at present down Satchels and they wont fit my new beam … Then i thought if im going Nitrons on the rear then i may as well go Nitrons on the front to match So Blandy on here Mike ended up buying the fronts and backs at a fantastic price and they are going to blow him away how great the suspension is …. Gutted to see them go really and hope ive done the correct thing …time will tell ? |

The pic of the 205 with dampers fitted should give you a idea of what it looks like and ill be running base Torsion bars as they only use them now to keep the arms onto the beam … |

The idea behind the development is its 1/1 like turrets and makes adjusting height and adjustment very easy ….The boys that race and use it properly on 106s swear by it … Id like to say a massive big thank you to Ross on here for taking the risk and getting Satchel to make a 306 setup with his car being the test bed to and Tony Palfrey of Maxi Motorsport / Satchel fame for helping out Ross and me now on the development … |

last week I visited a company ive been wanting to go to for 5-6 years .I got to speak to Nick on FB a long time ago and he invited me up but i was never around that area sadly Well the opportunity turned up last week when i was working some 4miles away so i rang Nick at short notice and was welcomed to come and see his premises . Those of you that dont know Glebe may not know hes a approved supplier to the F1 - Mercedes team and Redbull team as well as loads of others around the world .. Glebe are (Titanium) fine masters of engineering . I was shown loads bits but not allowed to take pics understandably lol .. I was shown all the machinary and told what it does and why and saw my first (Wire Erosion) machine WOW !!!!! I would love to have some bits made in Titanium by Glebe but i cant see that happening at mo because of cost but you never ever know … Glebe are extremely busy this time of year and as Nick said it was the best time for me to visit to see some trick bits All i can say is unbelievable and ive never personally seen such fine detailed parts made in Titanium https://glebe.co.uk |

Sadly not been on here for a bit Not been doing alot on the car because of my new job and my second job on the weekends been busy also …. I worked Christmas Eve night and Christmas day night and Boxing day night on my 2nd job on the Railway over heads as the money offered was mental and I had the 4x4 2.0L new Skoda Yeti old man car to pay for Yes you read right a Yeti with a towbar to tow the 306 Anyway hopefully ill have some updates this week/ next week … The paddle shift actuator (connector) is being made Tuesday/ Weds this week Plus some big update news is after selling all my 4way suspension to Mike Bland (Blandy) im going wider front Arches now and selling my plus 50mm ones … The main reason is I cant run the 8x17 -225 / 245 wheels and tyres with these arches …so im borrowing a pair of Maxi arches and Maxi bumper to hopefully trial fit to see if it will all work ? Once i have the look and fitment correct i will be cutting my current (plus 50mm) Maxi highly modified front bumper down the middle and making it wider and getting it remolded again Using Full Maxi Arches will give me much more flexibility hopefully going Maxi front and if im correct my Satchel Front suspension will fit spot under the arches as the wheels stick outside my plus 50mm arches by 20mm ….fingers crossed on this or everything from Steering to Bottom arms to top mounts will need changing….. As you may of read previously the rear Suspension is in development at Satchel and apart from my rear bolt on arches that wont be a issue …. I wont be going Maxi rear wings/ arches as my car is narrower at the back than the front unlike a Maxi and that seems to make it more for my style of driving … Sorry Sadly no Pics today but hopefully some updates and pics soon …. Just need some better weather and some money and time to carry on |

Big changes Damo!My maxi is still a fair bit wider on the front than the rear as it is.. Why not go for a maxi front bumper and save the hassle of remoulding your current bumper? Good luck with it all mate Iain |

Good luck with it all mate Iain Hi Iain Hope your well mucker Sadly as im sure you know …its a track car not a rallye car and i need loads of downforce weve tried it with standard plus 30mm maxi bumper before …then the current highly modified one with splitter etc / maxi plus 30 and for track work its night and day …..shocking how the car felt more planted …but its no good for anyone doing Rallying The extra downforce and grip is huge … Im sure you know me by now ….not sensible and it has to Be right We also tried it without a bumper at all …just to be stupid and see what it was like ….it was terrible |

Some great projects going on here at mo Small update … As said in a few posts earlier that my (plus 50) Carbon/Kevlar Maxi wings just wont allow me to run my new 8j wheels with 225-245 tyres i bought off SuperCharger / Ross on here .. So after loads of hassle and calls I've ordered and paid for a front set of Full size Maxi wings in Carbon/ kevlar….. I believe they are approx 30mm wider each side than my current Maxi plus 50mm which is 80mm wider each side more than standard 6 wings basically…. So hopefully in 7-8 weeks i will have them in my possession? I have offered my current maxi plus 50mm wings to someone on here but they will be for sell if he does not want them |
