Bit of a update ...
Took my modified by me - super heavy front (plus50) width semi Maxi Bumper in to have a one off mould made of the complete thing and two produced in Carbon / Kevlar ...

Mines got solid metal / 6 tubes of Urethane and lots of 3mm alloy angle to produce the shape and strength I needed but weighs a crazy (14kgs) ....it was only ever going to be used as a pattern test bed ...we recon the new one will be 3kgs and as strong ?
I’ll know in 12weeks time

He recons it won’t need the metal tie rods with a bit of luck ? And no bolts or screws Just the quick release fixing

It’s bonded all over the place behind and metal / alloy strips etc ...we had to get some major down force at the front to compensate for the rear spoiler which at 110mph on track was making the front end light
