It's the weight that will be the killer on these.

I have an old pair of bare shocks here which I was keeping back for such an event, or in an emergency. I have a pair of 'odd' springs (one is off a partner or something so is marginally longer - although came on a 6 and I didn't notice). I binned the bump stops and dust covers as they were perished but won't make any odds for your purpose. Do you have access to spring compressors? Would save me p**sing about building them up.

I can build them up if you ask nicely. I'll weigh one and see what the story is.
