Sorry but you'd have to be f*cking nuts to spend anything like that on it.
Ive seen better condition for far less.

The old 'its got 113k on the clocks but has only done 54k because of '''the circuit board had gone'''.

    Yeah right! LOL

I guess you can't blame him for trying....

Yes chap, that's what they all looked like when new, my Rallye looks like it albeit with a few rust spots lol. The car is how it left the factory 99.9% original, I only refurned the spare wheel and cage.

That's what I hope one of mine will look like when I'm finished restoring it. It's a strange colour of paint but I think I can still see some through the rust when I look under mine!!

I wouldn't pay 5k for that because its not even original and its 113k miles. It also looks like they've only painted the front half off the cyclinder head and cam cover lol.

5k is chancing it a bit on a clocked car. Granted it's a phase win and the best colour but he's dreaming. I'd go 2k max

I paid 2k for my phase 1 back in August but it has had quite a bit done to it and on 84k. I do like Carl's one a lot, it has to be the best example in the country in reckon....fair play.Thumbs up

The black one is worth about 2/2.5 max to right person and Carl's is more worth the 5k.

    I bought a Phase 1 on 52k in November 2013. It now has 64k.

    It didn't cost me 5000.
