Anyone got a photo of the proper location and fixing points for the accelerator cable across the top of the engine? I've seen ones around the back of the engine, draped across the top of the cam covers and various other routes...which was the original and correct?

There are two routes depending on age as far as I'm aware.

I thought the earlier ones were routed down the offside of the engne bay, then along the top of the radiator then looping round to the throttle body.
The one on my ph2.5 comes down the o/s wing (from memory to the top engine mount area where i think there is a clip for it) then does a bend to a clip on the fuel rail so its then aiming towards the rear of the car, then loops again to then fit the throttle body.

Carl, you're the man. Second photo is what I'm probably aiming for as mine's on the same plate. Must say, Peugeot did a fairly poor job of routing that cable...draped across the cam covers like that is just lazy!!

Is that an up to date photo or taken moons ago??....looking good if it's current btw.

Taken earlier in the year, both cars are low mileage, ph1 only has 10k miles.
