Took my engine and box out a few months ago.
Anyways mostly back together but i went to fit the clutch pull arm to the top of the box to discover that i cant remember for the life of me how it goes in with the pin. Doh

Cant seem to find any pics of it so if someone could show me theirs, that would be great. Fankoo.

I've been trying to get that pin out for the last two nights with no success....what's the secret? I've tried to rotate it but it won't budge and just pulling on it with the biggest mole grips does nothing. Does it just pull straight out?

Put a drift or a punch in there and tap it in a small amount first to loosen it up as they get stuck.

Then try and pull it out.

OK, finally got the pin out by welding a small bar onto the end which acted like a lever. This allowed me to start rotating the pin inside the hole and then tapped it out with a hammer.

Next problem is trying to get the lever arm off the top. I presume it should just pull off??....mine is stuck solid. Also, when I eventually get it off, does the white plastic thing under it just pull out and let the fork rotate or something?.....not really sure what's preventing the box from coming off the engine now.
