I am seriously considering supercharging the 6 but it my daily driver I use it every other week for work which is 20 miles a day how bad are they on fuel compared to bodies I am just consered about it becoming unpractical and unreliable. |

Not bad on fuel, just like standard unless you boot it everywhere. Mines high boost and its my daily.Don't know what bodies would be like but I imagine it's the same. |

Better on a run that a standard 6. Not terrible if you drive it sensibly but if you boot it I've got 20miles to 1/4 tank of fuel ________________________________________ Black power baby! Give it 6 months. You'll either end up thinking you need to spend the extra to go high boost to get your money's worth (in for a penny - in for a pound) or you'll sell it.________________________________________ |

I drove a high boost as a daily and it was great but sadly I be broke mine as it had too many issues! I would say As a daily would be fine for a fast and fun drive, economy wise think 20mpg and less if including some 8k plus driving . For the extra reliability a forged engine gives I'd say go for it, though I'd say Lsd and decent brakes and suspension are a must! 165+ mph is easily on the cards. ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

I live amongst country lanes and I do have a lead foot, if you drove the highboost sensibly I would actually say 30mpg would be possible as you can just pop it in sixth and never change ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |
