yes i run a similar manifold and ended up with issues as the rod hit the manifold but was incredibly close so 10mm more would of cleared it- the upper rod is what caused the issue. I spent alot of time trying to adapt the rod in order to avoid the manifold - which worked but ultimately just made it less precise to change so kinda defeated the object of the satchshift... 100% worth it if it fits as intended though |

Hello everyone, This is my first post here, ![]() I'm just bought this kit for Citroen XSARA... I'm looking for some tip's for install it, My Engine is the EW10, With C4 VTS manifold, should be problem to to fit? And about the Hole that need to be drill, if i take the Gearbox off (I replace it any way) it will be easier to drill or take off the dash is the only way? Thanks for any advise, ________________________________________ lior dinar |

the ew10 in a xsara sits further forward rotated about the crankshaft axis I believe, the gearbox itself is in the same place.you mqy have more space as the ew10 4 branch used a clamp joint rather than cone and flange, its shape is otherise very similar to the gri6 I believe, many seem to have done the installation without removing anything, however I would personally just remove the whole engine and box if I had more time, easier than taking the box off the engine really ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I’m with WP on this one. Having fitted them to 306’s and 205’s both with and without the engines being fitted, you will achieve a better job with the engine and box removed. Removing the gearbox alone will give you slightly better visibility, but either go for the lot or don’t bother ![]() ________________________________________ How to do a clicky: click here remove the space between [url & = |
