Tried to start the dimma and it was not having any of it
Rich came round before he headed off on his holiday and we tried a few things.
If the high pressure pump is not electrically connected the car fires into life, as soon as I put power to the 044 the engine cuts out!
I have then powered the pump directly from the battery and earthed it back to the battery to illuminate that and still the same problem!
I then disconnected the fuel lines to the rail, with just the in tank pump working I get a flow of fuel to the rail, I then connect the 044 electrically and the flow increases so the routing is correct
What else can cause the engine to die when the high pressure pump is connected
