Hi, here I have for sale my stunning 306 rallye, its a 1999 model in cherry red, with full service history, fastidiously maintained throughout its life with a comprehensive history dating back to the original owner, and all past MOT'S. I bought it as a weekend car but unfortunately haven't had a lot of time to use it, so is now for sale.

The car has the optimum Bilstien B6 suspension fitted, and in 2012 the rear beam was fully rebuilt at a cost of £300. It has had recent new front discs and calipers fitted with EBC green stuff pads. In the past few weeks I have replaced the front nearside and offside lower arms and replaced the center section of the exhaust, with receipts for £562.

The gearbox is very tight, having been fitted with a quick shift gear kit. Mechanically the engine is standard apart from an ITG panel filter, although I do have a Pipercross induction kit available with the car.

The car is allways regularly serviced, running on Mobil 1 oil. All tyres are in excellent condition, wearing Dunlop Blue response on the front and Kumho Exstas on the rear. The interior is in excellent condition, with the original red mats, there is a small tear on the drivers seat that can be repaired. The car has a pop up DVD player/cd player 4 x 50 watts, with 150 watts 6 by 9's in the rear shelf and co-axial speakers in the door pockets. It is fitted with a Venom Cat1 alarm and immobiliser, and has two sets of keys.

There is also a fully tailored waterproof cover for the car and a spare Cyclone alloy with a tyre with good tread.

The bad points of the car are mainly cosmetic, the laquer on the roof has started to peel, as I have begun to remove it the paint underneath is in good condition, I haven't completed this job but polishing and re-lacquering the panel should give good results. There are some stone chips on the bonnet and the alloys would benefit from a refurb, otherwise the the car is in good condition.

I'm asking £1495 for the car, which I think reflects the work gone in to it, and test drives are very welcome. Dan.

Hi have tried adding pictures to this post, they don't seem to be showing, any ideas how to do it?
There is a full advert on Pistonheads at the moment with pictures of the car though.

Post the link for the Pistonheads page. How did you spend £1300 rebuilding a rear beam?

Incredible how cheap these cars are now, less than £1500 for a good fun car to drive.
