The only things I haven't replaced (assuming dans bitron is ok) are the green relays!Could a faulty green one (or even 2 faulty green ones) cause this scenario, if we've discounted black relay, wiring, plugs, earths and know by bridging both fans spin at low speed and ac over ride thing only spins drivers at high speed... I haven't a friggin clue! |

well the green relays are virtually impossible to match (i.e. 12v/25a) only peugeot seem to have the right one and they're £17 each!I guess i'll replace both just to ensure its not them causing the issue, unless someone can tell me categorically if they could even cause the symptoms described? |

to get slow speed one green relay needs to switchto get fast speed all three relays need to switch and yes a faulty green relay could cause this but you said you swapped relays around you could pinch the green relays in the cabin fuse board as they do the wipers i believe |

Morning gentsSo this wasn't ever actually resolved and given the winter hibernation I'm keen to get it fixed once and for all... As I plan to remove all the aircon parts etc, could I afford to only run the one fan as per a Rallye or can I hardwired the second fan into the first and just control both via the dash switch? |
