Just bought a set of ebay for fair price with what in the add says is solid +1 degree top mounts and ta technix rear shocks. Person said in ad "that they could do with rebuild,as play in them" but didnt say what so I asked before buying and he said the coilovers themselves.

Any idea if the would have play in the coilovers if they need rebuild and rough price?? If had similar rebuilt Smile

That's a decent price, dynamics want towards £500 for servicing and re-valving some inserts I've got! Cry

Thats ridiculous, even Penske only charge £99+vat for a service and revalve, although mine still cost me £800 by the time they'd had new roller bearing sleeves and some other bits doing.

Try http://www.corneringforce.com/ there local to me and very helpful. I used them a few years ago to help me set my car up and sort out my Penskes for me.

I need to sort something soon though as I've sold my current dampers.

Cheers for the link Pete, certainly worth a shout if I can't get local help.

Your springs are going to have to be matched to the damper rates/vice versa when they're rebuilt. Can you see any numbers etched on them (usually on the top cap where the rod comes out)
