I did this a couple of years ago but can't remember whether I used m10 or m12 threaded bar! Fairly sure it was m12 but could anyone confirm?
Have searched for the original threaded bar/nuts/washers etc but think they must have been binned!

Have picked up a gti6 lump today for my 205 that I want to put on an engine stand whilst it gets refreshed.I did this a couple of years ago but can't remember whether I used m10 or m12 threaded bar! Pretty sure you use gearbox mounting points and sure they are m10 |

I'm sure it's m10 with a 16mm socket head ? |

Haha! You sound as sure as I do mate!!I definitely used threaded bar last time! Couldn't find bolts the right length last time! There used to be a thread on here which I got the info from but must have been deleted as it isn't there anymore! |
