Any pics would be helpful as to where and how is the place for an oilcooler and where to plumb the lines? Got mine to fit at some point today or tomorrow.

I got in touch with a company on e-bay and had 2 40inch pipes made and they fit perfect. I modified the bumper and mounted the oil cooler to it giving plenty of room for the fans. Also cut the bottom off the number plate too.

Need to move my oil cooler as I need to bring my rad forward to the other side of the slam panel to make room for my inlet. Will the oil cooler be fine behind the rad or even behind the top grill between the headlights if I can make it fit?

Good good. I will just stick it behind the rad then. Should be plenty room for it.

There will be if you use slim lines? I still had standard and had to just whittle a little of tue grill away with a dremmel.

Dont have any pictures but on Rich's old car the oil cooler was behind the drivers side fog light (bolted to the drivers side slam panel with brackets) I would suggest mounting it there rather than behind the rad

I am already using a slim line fan but as said above my radiator needs to come forward to the front of the slam panel and pretty much hard up against the bumper to make room for the VLR inlet.
If you could find some pics ollie that would be ideal.
Here is why I need to move my rad forward.

Don't lie, I bet that's how it it still is now Big grin

It all gets a bit tight once you put the boost into it, where is the charge cooler in all that setup?

n the charged ones I've seen the oil cooler behind the fog light and the charger cooler on top of the intercooler.

Something like this.

Not at all. It's 2mm steel plate and for the most of it, they sit on the cross member.

It is boosted. Just not with a rotrex Smile
You could do what I've done, mount the cooler off to one side then the charge cooler on the other side.

Been thinking about this since you mentioned it, might actually give it a try, may save welding a new cross member on and could mean I wont have to move my oil cooler Thumbs up
