What setup do you think I should go for with the rear of my car, I've currently got 415lb fronts on some Gaz golds and I'm thinking 23.5 with a 30mm ARB, are the beams big enough as I'm looking at some Sport bars on here which are (IIRC 25.8mm) anyone good with the calc's or got some real world experience with these setups. I bought these shocks from Velar but he is a long lost member nowadays and I THINK he had the setup I'm looking for but not 100%

Around 350lb springs would be ample for 25mm bars

Hmm disagree with that really. I'd say your 415 springs will give a nice neutral car with the 23.5 bars. The 25.8s will give you a more lively rear end with the 415s but still ok IMO. My iron'd block 309 is on 25tbs and 500lb springs to give you some idea, the car tends to oversteer slightly but it's nicely controlable with the plated LSD.
I'm talking about circuit driving rather than fast road, the difference will be negligible on he road as you're far from the limits of grip

No its going to be a track car but just on the road to drive to/from tracks. Maybe the odd drive here and there as well. So 23.5 sounds a good starting point, thinking of getting some camber machined into the rear arms to go with it.
