Looking for a decent place with a good price, ideally within leicester but will travel to places like notts. Anyone know a place worth going to?

Go in yellow pages and get a mobile valet.

Used to get one every week when I had the skyline and used to come round and do it whilst I was at work.

I do machine polishing, but you will need to get to Leighton Buzzard, so you may feel it's too far. Pm me if you're interested and what you want doing.

LOL I normally do, just this year I've slaked on the old wax and it could do with a decent clean going into the winter.

Thanks for the offer Spitfire but I think that's a little to far to go clean my car LOL

Personally for how much people charge to do it properly I'd say you'd be better off buying the stuff to do it yourself and you've got it then for in the future. It's not hard, just time consuming and all the info you need is out there on sites like detailing world or even YouTube videos.

There's plenty of kits about that come with everything you need to get started, myself I'd buy a da rather than an orbital as they are fool proof to use and can see just as good results unless the paint is really bad.
