so all of this is just reinforcing my point - you have a plastic card that fits nicely in your wallet, but the "other part" of the licence is an A4 piece of paper that in no way fits easily in your wallet, and will fall to bits relatively quickly if you try. And they can actually check up on you on the computer thingy in 7 minutes never mind 7 days so why do they need to make you produce yourself with your silly piece of A4 paper at a police station. It's laughable, it really is.
A driver licence counterpart is just like a broken pencil: they are both totally pointless.
